Development Staff
Robert Gittins
Robert Gittins is one of the few specialists in Europe with first-hand
experience of providing small companies with support during the
adoption of Extreme Programming (XP), a novel software development
methodology developed in the USA. He has worked with several smaller
companies providing advice and support during the early stages of
an XP project. He obtained his PhD from University of Wales, Bangor
and is a Member of the British Computer Society.

Julian Bass
Julian Bass provides consulting and training to Fortune500 companies
in the field of enterprise software architecture for Business Process
Management. He has worked with companies in USA, Canada, Singapore,
Germany and the UK. Clients have included major Banks and Insurance
companies. He obtained his PhD in hard real-time fault-tolerant
distributed systems at the University of Sheffield in 1995. He published
nearly 50 academic conference papers and journal articles. He is
a Chartered Engineer, Chartered IT Professional and a Member of
the British Computer Society.
